     Ann Roper Williams was born in 1793.2 She and Major Thomas Fitzgerald married on 20 December 1810.1,2 Ann Roper Williams and Captain Samuel Savage Jr. married on 1 June 1824 in Lawrence County, Alabama.3,2 Ann Roper died on 7 October 1840 in Lauderdale County, Alabama.4,2 and was buried at (Barclay Cemetery), Lawrence County.2 Her will was recorded on 7 December 1840 in Lawrence County, Alabama.5
