     John Orphiece Williams was born on 11 May 1921. He and Verine Lula Pruitt married on 2 March 1944 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.¹ John Orphiece died on 8 March 1973 in Austin, Travis County, Texas, at age 51. and was buried at (Forest Oak Memorial Park) in Oak Hill, Travis County.² John Orphiece's obituary was published on 8 March 1973 in the The Austin American in Austin, Texas. His obituary reads:
John O. Williams, 51, of 4601 Nevada Path, died in a local hospital on Tuesday. Formerly of Fort Worth, he had been a resident of Austin for the past 17 years and, at the time of his death, was owner of Williams Motors in Austin. Funeral willl be Thursday at 10am at South Side Church of Christ with Minister Leslie McGalliard of Cameron Road Church of Christ and Minister Don Coles of South Side Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in Forest Oaks Memorial Park in Oak Hill under the direction of Wilke-Clay Funeral Home. Pallbearers wil be J.T. Boydston, Preston Krause, Junior Burton, Randall Weber, Milton McCollom and Carl Feuerbacher. Tosse desiring may make contributions to Austin-Traviis County Heart Association, P.O. Box 385, Austin.²

     John Orphiece Williams served in the military and was assigned to USS Selfridge. The Selfridge was moored at Pearl Harbor during the attack by the Japanese on December 7, 1941.

     John DeWitt Alexander was born on 9 January 1894 in Bastrop County, Texas.³ He and Vivian Watterson married on 24 November 1920 in Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas. John DeWitt died on 29 December 1966 in Virginia Hospital, Temple, Bell County, Texas, at age 72.⁴ He was buried in Watterson Cemetery in Bastrop County.

     Vivian Watterson was born on 29 November 1895. She and John DeWitt Alexander married on 24 November 1920 in Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas. She was buried in Watterson Cemetery in Bastrop County.

     After her marriage she was normally known as Alexander.

     Evee Elswick and Daniel Thomas Ventress married on 18 January 2020 in St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Houston, Harris County, Texas.¹
