     Carl August Feuerbacher was born on 29 April 1911 in St. Paul, San Patricio County, Texas.^1,2,3 He and Mary Slawson married on 10 December 1932 in Austin, Travis County, Texas. Who died in childbirth two years later.^4,5 Carl then married Veatrice Pruitt, daughter of James Alvin Pruitt and Evaline Gemima Alexander, on 15 September 1938 in Austin, Travis County, Texas.^6,3,7 Carl died on 15 May 2001 in Houston, Harris County, Texas, at age 90³ and was buried at (Lytton Springs Cemetery), Caldwell County.^3,8 Carl August's obituary was published on 18 May 2001 in the Austin American-Statesman in Austin, Texas.³

     Veatrice Pruitt was born on 9 March 1917 in Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas.^1,2,3 Veatrice married Carl August Feuerbacher, son of Edmund Feuerbacher and Ida Sternberg, on 15 September 1938 in Austin, Travis County, Texas.^4,5,3 Veatrice died on 26 May 2002 in Houston, Harris County, Texas, at age 85 after suffering with Alzheimer's for about 10 years and was buried at (Lytton Springs Cemetery), Caldwell County. Veatrice's obituary was published on 29 May 2002 in the Austin American-Statesman in Austin, Texas.³

     Edmund Feuerbacher was born on 2 December 1886 in Travis County, Texas. Ed was the first of Alwin & Emma's children to be born in America.^3,4 He and Ida Sternberg married on 6 February 1906 in Travis County, Texas.⁵ Edmund died on 16 January 1965 in San Antonio at age 78 and was buried at (Boggy Creek Masonic Cemetery) in Austin. Edmund's obituary was published on 18 January 1965 in the The Austin American in Austin, Texas.⁶

     Ida Sternberg was born on 18 April 1882 in Washington County, Texas,^3,4 but probably in Evergreen, Washington County as that is where they were in the 1880 census. The next child's, Annie, death certificate says she was born in Hays County which would mean that the family moved from Washington County between 1882 and 1884. First to Hays then to Travis County near Caldwell County. on 18 April 1882. She and Edmund Feuerbacher married on 6 February 1906 in Travis County, Texas.⁵ Ida died on 19 July 1960 in Austin, Travis County, Texas, at age 78.³ and was buried at (Boggy Creek Masonic Cemetery) in Austin.³ Ida's obituary was published on 19 July 1960 in the Austin American-Statesman in Austin, Texas. Her obituary reads:
Mrs. Ida R. Feuerbacher of 606 Gaylor died at her home Tuesday. She was a lifelong member of Travis County and a member of Faith Lutheran Church. Survivors are her husband, Edmund (Ed) Feuerbacher; five daughters, Mrs. Lena Magee of Converses, Mrs. Zelda Wagner of Elroy, Mrs. Leona Dressen of Creedmoor, Mrs. Carrie Mareth of Waco and Mrs. Dorothy Braune of Orlando, Fla; two sons, Carl Feuerbacher and Hubert, both of Austin; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Ottmer of Austin and Mrs. Mary Isensee of Temple; two brothers, Otto S Sternberg of Austin and Albert Sternberg of San Antonio; 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchhildren. The body is at the Cook Funeral Home pending funeral arrangements.⁶

     After her marriage she was normally known as Ida Feuerbacher.

     Hubert Feuerbacher was born on 24 September 1919 in Niederwald, Texas.¹ He and Ruby Marie Tonn married on 25 February 1940 in Austin, Travis County, Texas.^1,2 Hubert died on 28 May 2005 in Giddings, Lee County, Texas, at age 85. Hubert's obituary was published on 31 May 2005 in the Austin American-Statesman in Austin, Texas.¹

     Lena Frances Feuerbacher was born on 3 February 1907 in Creedmoor, Travis County, Texas.² She and Hugh Hamilton Magee Rev. married on 8 June 1927 in Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas. Lena Frances died on 5 December 2000 in Brady, McCulloch County, Texas, at age 93. and was buried in Brady.

     After her marriage on 8 June 1927, she was normally known as Magee.

      or Karnes City, San Patricio County, Texas,² or in Kennedy, Texas.² Zelda Bertha Feuerbacher was born on 15 August 1908 in Colton, Travis County, Texas.³ She and Emil Paul Wagner married on 28 August 1928 in Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas. Zelda Bertha died on 26 November 1994 in Austin, Travis County, Texas, at age 86.

     After her marriage on 28 August 1928, she was normally known as Zelda Wagner.

     Leona Feuerbacher was born on 17 April 1916 in Karnes City, Texas. She and Richard Dressen married on 31 October 1933. Leona died on 5 August 1995 in Travis County, Texas, at age 79. Leona's obituary was published on 9 August 1995 in Austin, Texas.¹

     After her marriage she was normally known as Leona Dressen.

     Dorothy Elois Feuerbacher was born on 12 June 1924 in Mendoza, Texas. She and Bud Parke married on 7 March 1949 in Texas.¹ Dorothy Elois Feuerbacher and Clifford Wilfred Braune married on 3 April 1955 in Victoria, Texas. Dorothy Elois died on 27 May 2003 Cancer in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, at age 78. and was buried in Fort Sam Houston Cemetery in San Antonio.

     After her marriage she was normally known as Dorothy Parke. After her marriage on 3 April 1955, she was normally known as Braune.
